2. Cancellation Policy for Export Orders

We understand that business requirements can change. Our cancellation policy for export orders is as follows:

  • Pre-Processing Stage: Cancellations made before we begin processing your export order (including documentation, product sourcing, or logistics arrangements) will incur a 10% administrative fee of the total order value.
  • Processing Stage: Cancellations made after we have begun processing your export order but before shipping arrangements are finalized will incur a 25% fee of the total order value to cover costs already incurred.
  • Pre-Shipping Stage: Cancellations made after shipping arrangements are finalized but before actual shipment will incur a 50% fee of the total order value.
  • Post-Shipping Stage: Once goods have been shipped, cancellations are generally not accepted. Special circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Refund Policy

Export documentation services, including preparation of commercial invoices, certificates of origin, bills of lading, and other trade documents are generally non-refundable once work has begun. If there are errors in documentation caused by our team, we will correct these at no additional cost.

8. Logistics and Shipping

For logistics and shipping services, refunds will be handled according to the terms of the specific carriers and service providers involved. We will act as an intermediary to help resolve any issues that may arise with these third-party providers.
